Experience what it means to serve in mission aviation through a 6-8 week internship with Africa Inland Mission’s aviation ministry, AIM AIR. The purpose of the internship is to provide exposure to AIM AIR's flight and maintenance operations, the AIM AIR team, and facilitate an understanding of what life is like as a missionary mechanic in East Africa. This internship highlights the operational aspects of AIM AIR and provides avenues to develop an understanding of future long term requirements to thrive in maintenance. Participants should be enrolled in or pursuing some form of aviation technical training. We seek interns who are relational, flexible, and who have emotional maturity and a desire to learn through cultural experiences. Internship runs Sep-Nov.

Required: A desire to pursue long term ministry as a missionary pilot/mechanic. There is not a technical minimum. But, the individual must be enrolled or be pursuing some form of aviation technical training. Internship begins in April and runs for 4 weeks.

A Business as Mission (BAM) enterprise in a North African location is looking for someone to come alongside them for three to 12 months to help establish and scale the business. The day-to-day work would depend upon your own skills, strengths, and interests, but the team is looking for someone with strong computer literacy and experience in one or more of the following areas: Business, Marketing (digital and non-digital marketing), Professional Social Media content/audience management, Financial Operations, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google search dashboard/Google search optimization, Open-source intelligence research, Graphic design, Copy writing/editing. You'll have the opportunity to learn some Arabic, do relational ministry, grow your understanding of cross-cultural ministry in an Islamic context, and support the ministry of the long-term workers you'll serve alongside.

Serve as part of a supervised internship team in a well-established and thriving Business As Missions (BAM) enterprise. You and your teammates will serve in an Islamic context, and learn what it means to operate a Kingdom business as a means of sharing the Good News with your Muslim friends, coworkers, and neighbors. Duration: 2 months

As a Diaspora Outreach Apprentice, you'll work alongside a team of men and women serving among the growing number of North Africans and Sub-Saharan Africans migrating to Europe. This nine-month apprenticeship program includes the possibility of continued ministry in Rome or somewhere else in Europe. The Apprenticeship in Mission at the HUB (AMH) is a training program designed to serve as a bridge between theological training (one-year minimum suggested) and deployment to the field for those pursuing a call to long-term, cross-cultural work. AMH is an environment of continued learning, spiritual gift discovery and development, hands-on ministry, and mentoring under the tutelage of experienced cross-cultural practitioners. Engaging in mission and spiritual formation as part of the HUB community will allow the apprentice to continue to grow spiritually while, at the same time, gain practical experience in mission work in a very multi-cultural context.
