You'll work to establish a working demonstration farm at Tabora Bible School (or other suitable site) and other projects that will assist in generating income to supplement the operating costs of Tabora Bible School. You'll help to equip and train church leaders in caring for the environment and teach others to do the same as part of their cross-cultural outreach among the Nyamwezi people. Your ministry will include: 1.) Work with the AICT Tabora Diocese to train each of the 53 pastorate areas to align their farming with Biblical principles, implement and use conservation farming techniques. 2.)Teach seminars and train church leaders in caring for the environment. 3.) Develop mentoring/discipleship relationships as you train others to teach Farming God’s Way. To serve in this ministry, you'll need practical experience in farming and conservation agriculture. Certification in Farming God’s Way, Care of Creation, or a similar, would be ideal, but is not required. We're looking for someone with good people skills, initiative to train and work with your hands in the field, a love of teaching the Word, and a heart for cross-cultural ministry.

As a Diaspora Outreach Apprentice, you'll work alongside a team of men and women serving among the growing number of North Africans and Sub-Saharan Africans migrating to Europe. The Apprenticeship in Mission at the HUB (AMH) is a training program designed to serve as a bridge between theological training (one-year minimum suggested) and deployment to the field for those pursuing a call to long-term, cross-cultural work. AMH is an environment of continued learning, spiritual gift discovery and development, hands-on ministry, and mentoring under the tutelage of experienced cross-cultural practitioners. Engaging in mission and spiritual formation as part of the HUB community will allow the apprentice to continue to grow spiritually while, at the same time, gain practical experience in mission work in a very multi-cultural context. We are looking to build teams of disciple-makers across Europe. We’re seeking compassionate people who are passionate about disciple-making, casting vision, and partnering with national believers to see a movement of God among these African diaspora. We value a holistic approach to ministry that demonstrates the compassion of Christ, serving the practical needs of the under-served while also effectively making new disciples of family units who in turn are winning their extended families and neighborhoods. This governs all of life: from birth to marriage, agriculture, livelihood, health, and death. This traditional worldview still influences the local churches. We would like to see local Ndau churches being led by competent local leaders, with a vision for evangelism and church planting - both within their own people group and beyond. Prior experience in church ministry is required. New team members will attend Portuguese language school.
