In 2020, there were around 11 million Africans in Europe. Many of them are coming from countries where the Gospel cannot be openly shared. Make a lasting impact alongside our team as they connect with refugees who have never heard about Jesus. You’ll have conversations about faith and look for open doors to share the Gospel. As people come to Christ, you’ll help disciple them and equip them to disciple others, multiplying your impact even after you return home. Along the way, you’ll build relationships with other interns and be mentored by experienced missionaries as you grow in your own walk with Christ. AIM’s new Full-Term missionaries begin their service with a three-week Africa Based Orientation (ABO) in Kenya. While parents enjoy the adult orientation, their children also enjoy a structured children’s program designed to immerse them into life and ministry in Africa at an age-appropriate level. Participants in the ABO children’s program have the opportunity to invest in the lives of children as they transition to life in Africa with their families, and have a hand in giving these children a rich and meaningful introduction to their new home. As Associate Director of AIM's Africa-Based Support (ABS) ministry in Nairobi, Kenya, you'll assist the ABS Director in effectively managing this vital support arm of AIM designed to "serve those who serve."
