There is a great need to equip African church leaders, preachers, and evangelists so that they can serve their churches well and be a part of reaching the unreached through Biblical teaching and Christlike discipleship. AIM personnel serve in seminaries and Bible schools (both formal and informal) throughout Africa. By teaching sound doctrine in the classroom, or sharing a cup of tea with students under a tree, they daily invest themselves in the lives of men and women who will lead Africa’s churches.

Major tasks:
Teaching and mentoring local church leaders to better equip them for leading their congregations deeper into God's Word, deeper into obedience, with more fervent zeal for reaching the lost. The position could also include significant administrative work in helping to organize and track student records, compile transcripts, communicate with students and local lecturers, and generally work with the principal and board in upgrading the academic standards of the College.
