Working with Namibia Evangelical Theological Seminary (NETS) in Windhoek, Namibia, you'll partner with lecturers to take the Diploma level courses out into distant towns on a bi-monthly basis, teaching intensive classes and maintaining relationships with students. This unique ministry position will provide countless opportunities to speak into the lives of leaders who would not ordinarily have access to theological education.

We're looking for a well organized, self-motivated person as this position entails significant time working alone and traveling from group to group.

You'll need a high degree of discernment and ability to gain trust and rapport with people. A minimum Bachelors degree in Theology or Biblical studies is required. Prior experience teaching small groups and teaching formally or informally will be helpful.
