Serving as a staff member at Rift Valley Academy (RVA), a school of about 500 students located in central Kenya, you'll work to provide a safe, loving and nurturing environment for the school's students as you and your teammates disciple and educate them toward their potential in Christ.

Your day-to-day work will vary depending on your role, but could include:

Academic: Implement and evaluate quality instruction while meeting the needs of a diverse body of students. Supporting teaching staff through subbing classes, academic support etc.
Administration: supporting the running of the school and campus through various support services (travel office, admissions, personnel, main office)

The team at RVA works hard to integrate a strong biblical worldview into all they do. You'll will be tasked with making these connections both in and out of the classroom.
After school hours, there are opportunities to teach Sunday school, disciple/mentor older students, and share the gospel to local community members on outreach days.

We're looking for men and women with experience working with youth, and previous cross-cultural work, ideally oversees. You'll need a degree and training suited to the role you'll fill at RVA.
