There are a growing number of North and Sub-Saharan Africans migrating to Europe. It is estimated that 1.1 million Africans entered Europe per year between 2015-2020, and they're still coming. Many are from a Muslim background. We want to partner with churches to reach their new neighbors. We are looking to build teams of disciple-makers across Europe – both expats and Europeans. We’re seeking compassionate people who are passionate about disciple-making, casting vision, and partnering with national believers to see a movement of God among these African diaspora.

Work alongside the local church in Finland, both the African diaspora churches and Finnish churches, reaching out to migrants from Africa. We value a holistic approach to ministry that demonstrates the compassion of Christ, serving the practical needs of the under-served while also effectively making new disciples of family units who in turn are winning their extended families and neighborhoods. We desire to help local ministries expand both their reach and their effectiveness by mobilizing and placing long-term workers and short-term teams.

Borderless is a ministry initiative of Africa Inland Mission. Borderless works with local churches in cross-cultural mission, reaching African immigrants and refugees who are building new lives in our communities.
