As a Maintenance Specialist, you'll join the AIM AIR team as they provide safe, reliable aviation support to AIM missionaries and ministry partners across East and Central Africa. Serving from our base in Nairobi, Kenya, you'll work alongside other aviation professionals in support of AIM's broader outreach among Africa's unreached peoples.

Major Tasks:
1. Build relationships with staff within Maintenance and ABS
2. Ongoing culture and language learning
3. Assist to maintain the AIM Air Fleet
4. Perform inspections of aircraft; accessories; structures
5. Perform engineering duties in a timely; efficient and accurate manner
6. Assure appropriate documentation and forms are accurately completed
7. Willing to fill needed posts (including supervisory) within Maintenance Dept for which he qualifies
8. Assist in training of national staff in maintenance skills
