Serve as part of an Outreach Team working to reach the Maba people of Chad with the Good News of Jesus Christ. The Maba are subsistence farmers living in over 600 villages in Eastern Chad. After a suitable time of language and culture acquisition, team members will be involved in ministries serving the local population. These can include helping in the local hospital (including in mental health); health in the community – working with
children with special needs, teaching informally in homes and (perhaps) in a community centre; helping in the church school; other teaching in a community centre e.g. agriculture methods, language, etc.
