This Ignite Team is designed to provide church and mission leaders an opportunity to experience mission work among the shepherds in the mountains of Lesotho, with the hope that these leaders will return to their congregations to encourage and challenge them to participate in the great commission - as supporters, senders and/or goers.

As part of this team you will:

- Observe, learn, and participate in outreach ministry among the highland shepherds.
- Experience the culture and build relationships with local believers, in a variety of ministry settings.
- Reflect on your 'home' church context, and consider ways to encourage greater participation in cross-cultural missions.

We're looking for church leaders who are passionate about sharing the gospel and seeing the church mobilized for missions, who have a willingness to learn and take direction from the mission team and national church leadership. We're looking for servant-hearted leaders, who are encouragers and able to motivate others for the kingdom.

This team will serve in a rugged mountain environment, so you'll need to be up for some challenging hikes.
