Serving in a North African country, you'll fill two key roles: Provide administrative support for the Program Director of the surgery residency at missionary-founded Christian hospital and manage a guest house hosting visiting teaching surgeons and other guests. Medical training or experience is not required for this position.
"The surgery residency program at the hospital substantially increases the credibility of the hospital to the community," writes AIM's regional leadership. "The hospital is the only gospel light-house in the region of >40 million people who are 99.9% non-Christian. There are a handful of churches, but none of the majority religion people would ever step foot in one of those churches, whereas they would seek out coming to [this hospital] to get treatment."
Experience:
Required: capable in using standard business applications such as Microsoft and/or Google suites (email, word processing, calendar, spreadsheets—basic knowledge/experience)
Desired: advanced knowledge/experience in those business applications

Required: high school diploma
Desired: some college (or other post-high school training) or college graduate
