Serving in a North African nation, you'll work in a well-established Christian school currently teaching in Arabic, but seeking to transition some of its teaching to English. We are looking for English teachers to support this transition. Depending on the type of candidate and level of experience, this role would look different. Some candidates may take on a teaching role, working alongside local staff to deliver the curriculum. More experienced candidates could be involved in supervision and training.

You'll work closely with local teachers to improve the overall standard of education at the school, and where appropriate, provide supervision, training and continuous professional development for English teachers at the school.

Required: 2 years working as a qualified teacher

Desired: 5+ years working as a qualified teacher; experience working in a management role (eg. Subject lead, head of grade etc..), experience in leading training and professional development.
