Based in the Chadian city of N'Djamena, you'll serve through Wellspring Academy, a school established by Africa Inland Mission to provide a quality education option for missionary families working to reach the unreached peoples of Chad.

You'll teach in a multi-grade classroom (grades 1-3, grades 4-6) of about 6-8 students per classroom.

We're looking for someone with a heart for missions, Bachelors degree in education, and teaching experience. French is recommended, especially for long-term personnel, but we are willing to take a short termer without French.
