You'll work to establish a working demonstration farm at Tabora Bible School (or other suitable site) and other projects that will assist in generating income to supplement the operating costs of Tabora Bible School.

You'll help to equip and train church leaders in caring for the environment and teach others to do the same as part of their cross-cultural outreach among the Nyamwezi people.

Your ministry will include:

1.) Work with the AICT Tabora Diocese to train each of the 53 pastorate areas to align their farming with Biblical principles, implement and use conservation farming techniques.
2.)Teach seminars and train church leaders in caring for the environment.
3.) Develop mentoring/discipleship relationships as you train others to teach Farming God’s Way.

To serve in this ministry, you'll need practical experience in farming and conservation agriculture. Certification in Farming God’s Way, Care of Creation, or a similar, would be ideal, but is not required.

We're looking for someone with good people skills, initiative to train and work with your hands in the field, a love of teaching the Word, and a heart for cross-cultural ministry.
