Serve as part of a supervised internship team in a well-established and thriving Business As Missions (BAM) enterprise. You and your teammates will serve in an Islamic context, and learn what it means to operate a Kingdom business as a means of sharing the Good News with your Muslim friends, coworkers, and neighbors. As a Diaspora Outreach Apprentice, you'll work alongside a team of men and women serving among the growing number of North Africans and Sub-Saharan Africans migrating to Europe. This nine-month apprenticeship program includes the possibility of continued ministry in Rome or somewhere else in Europe. The Apprenticeship in Mission at the HUB (AMH) is a training program designed to serve as a bridge between theological training (one-year minimum suggested) and deployment to the field for those pursuing a call to long-term, cross-cultural work. AMH is an environment of continued learning, spiritual gift discovery and development, hands-on ministry, and mentoring under the tutelage of experienced cross-cultural practitioners. Engaging in mission and spiritual formation as part of the HUB community will allow the apprentice to continue to grow spiritually while, at the same time, gain practical experience in mission work in a very multi-cultural context. Borderless is a ministry initiative of Africa Inland Mission. Borderless works with local churches in cross-cultural mission, reaching African immigrants and refugees who are building new lives in our communities.

Farming Quest is an opportunity to learn about Farming God's Way and how agriculture can be incorporated into mission, discipleship & church planting. This team is open to missionaries from around the world and will be based in Mephutsang, Lesotho. Major Tasks Practical & classroom teaching based around the principles of Farming God's Way and Conservation Agriculture. How to teach others about Transformational Development. Teaching through agricultural extension & resident student programs. How to train & equip those in your community & beyond. How to use farming as a platform to establish Church Planting. How Discovery Bible studies can be used as discipleship and church planting tools. Runs for 4-6 weeks in Feb-Mar

FUEL Lesotho combines rural, village outreach work with biblical and missional training focused on the book of Acts. Basotho and foreign short-termers will be paired together for the duration of the training. The team will be mainly based at Growing Nations.

BASED IN AFRICA and facilitated by experienced missionaries and national leaders, “GO” is a 2-month discipleship and mission training program that seeks to develop Christ-like character and instill basic skills for outreach among unreached people groups. A new GO team launches every summer. Beginning with a two-week discipleship program, you and your team will a focus on learning some of the necessary skills for outreach. A five-week placement follows, where you will be placed in pairs with missionaries working among unreached people groups. The program is rounded off with a one-week debrief to evaluate lessons learned, prepare for returning home, and a prayerful consideration of next steps in ministry. Learn More:

The Mahajanga Inbound Team will live and work among the Sakalava people in northern Madagascar. Inbound is a one-year, team-based training and mentoring program designed to equip new missionaries with practical skills and knowledge for long-term cross-cultural life and ministry among unreached people groups. Led by an experienced missionary, Inbound prepares new full-term missionaries for service as well as providing a one-year missions exposure for short-termers interested in considering full-term work.
