As Associate Director of AIM's Africa-Based Support (ABS) ministry in Nairobi, Kenya, you'll assist the ABS Director in effectively managing this vital support arm of AIM designed to "serve those who serve." ABS provides a wide range of support services to AIM missionaries including aviation services, finance, IT support, insurance, logistics, and counseling.

Key responsibilities will include oversight of the ABS HR Department and Personnel Coordinator, as well as other ABS departments as delegated by the ABS Director. You'll also assist the ABS Director with general administrative matters.

Working closely with Kenyan staff, you'll have opportunity for discipleship, and you'll be encouraged to join a local church and be a part of your local residential community where you can participate in evangelism and discipleship.

Experience: Five years experience in senior management in a cross-cultural setting. Experience within AIM and ABS preferred.

Training & Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration and Bible.
